ArcGIS Pro Migrating to the esri Named User License

Introduction

ArcGIS Pro is changing their licensing model, which may require you to make the following update to your ArcGIS Pro installation. This change does require an Ivanti connection if you are off the UW network.

 

Procedure

  1. Open ArcGIS Pro and select Settings from the launch screen.

  2. Select Licensing on the left side of the window. Select Configure your licensing options.

  3. For License Type, select Named User License. Click OK.

  4. Close ArcGIS Pro.

  5. Open ArcGIS Pro. The Sign In window will automatically display. Under Your ArcGIS organization's URL click Uwyo. On the next screen click UWYO.

  6. Log into the Wyo Login screen and complete the two factor authentication prompt if you are off campus. Your ArcGIS Pro should now be ready for use.
