Instructions for Accessing an Existing Voicemail Box

***In order to access the voicemail box with the instructions below, your voicemail has to be configured on your 766# with your username. If you are unsure if voicemail is configured to your username, please email the Telecom Help Desk at teldesk@uwyo.edu and provide your phone number and username. 

- If you are calling from off campus or another university phone, please dial accordingly into the voicemail system:

- Example for off campus: Dial (307) 766-1013 or (307) 766-1011, you will hear a recording: “Thank you for calling”, immediately enter # followed by the 10 digit phone number you are completing the setup for, example: #3077661234. Be sure to enter the # symbol before your 766 number. 

- Example for on campus but not the phone number associated with the voicemail:  Dial 6-1013, you will hear a recording: “Thank you for calling”, immediately enter # followed by the 10 digit phone number you are completing the voicemail setup for, example: #3077661234. Be sure to enter the # symbol before your 766 number. 

-If you are calling from your office phone that is currently programmed with voicemail, please dial 6-1013 or 6-1011

                - You will hear a message greeting you with your name, where you will be prompted to enter your security pin.
