How to use the Activity Function

The “Activities” function displays a list of activities that meet in your county. 

How to Add a New County Activity

  1. After logging in to 4-H Online, select the “Activities” icon on the “Dashboard.”
  2. Click “Add Activity” on the top left bar below the “Dashboard.”  This will display a series of fields to collect pertinent information for the new activity.
  3. Enter as much information as you can about the new activity.  Click “Save” when you are finished.

How to Edit County Activity Information

  1. After logging in to 4-H Online, select the “Activities” icon on the “Dashboard.”
  2. Select an activity and click “Edit” at the right side of the screen.  This will display the activity information.  If you make any changes, click “Save” at the bottom of the screen. 
  3. If you are starting a new 4-H year and an activity is no longer active or existing, click “Delete” to remove the activity from the registration options available to 4-H members.
