This form is not used to initiate a prior approval request from a sponsor for a change in Key Personnel. This type of request must be made through Research Services via emailing research@uwyo.edu. For personnel changes on Budget Office Projects; i.e. Faculty Start Up, Wyoming Excellence, etc. continue to email Budget Office.

| Project Manager |
This role provides end user access to view Project/Award details, expenditures, budget, etc. AND is used for WyoCloud transaction approval routing |
| Principal Investigator |
This role provides end user access to view Project/Award details, expenditures, budget, etc. AND is used as a record of official Principal Investigator AND routing Subaward Invoice approval in WyoCloud AND determines the ECC Certifier |
| CO-PI |
This role provides end user access to view Project/Award details, expenditures, budget, etc. User should be identified as a CO-PI in proposal/award documents. |
